About the Hive
We're Hive Pizza and Hive Bakery, a small local kitchen on Zunker Street in Burnett Heads.
Everything starts with sourdough. Our dough is naturally fermented and hand-stretched, which gives our pizzas their flavour and crunch. The same starter goes into the Hive Bakery loaves we bake for locals and stockists around Bundaberg.
Alongside the pizza we make our own pasta: Lasagna with fresh pasta sheets, Fettuccine Carbonara and garlic-chilli Linguine. They're made in small batches, so when they're gone, they're gone.
